Creative Cards by Peggy Lee

Inspiration Overload this week....I am so enjoying this!!!

One of the most essential aspects of die cutting with Die~Namites Dies is the paper you use. Canvas Corp Brands, which includes Canvas Corp, Tattered Angels and 7Gypsies, has plenty of papers to choose from.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Canvas Corp Brands for their generosity to the Die~Namites Design Team. Our kits consisted of Canvas Corp Printed Cardstock, Tattered Angels Mistable Papers, a bottle of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Glaze, along with other goodies.

ONE RANDOMLY CHOSEN winner
will receive their very own Canvas Corp Brands Kit
along with a $25 Gift Certificate to Die~Namites Dies.
Make sure to stop by everyday and leave a comment!

Hi everyone it's Peggy Lee here to share with you all
my "Creative Cards" that I whipped up using the amazing products from Canvas Corp
In my fabulous kit was a couple of  per made cards from Canvas Corp.

Creative Card #1
 Best Wishes

Flower In The Wind

Here is a close up of the Die~Namites Die, I cut it out twice and colored the same with Tattered Angels glimmer mist  in pink coral and glimmer glaze in plumeria.....I cut the die cut apart and popped it up to give depth to the flower....so love doing that! Adding Liquid Pearls in Opal for the flower centers gives texture!

Loving the Jute Rope by Canvas Corp, I cut off small pieces and cut them part,
for the frayed look and pinned it under Canvas Corp's mini pink clothes pins.
Ripped the edges of the Canvas Corp's pink polka dot printed paper (love these papers).
Stamped the background and splattered Tattered Angels glimmer mist for a mixed media feel!

Creative Card #2
Happy Birthday

Tall Flower Branch

For my second card I used the same per made card from Canvas Corp, which
I cut the card base down to 4x6 in size.
Then I cut down to just fit onto card front using Tattered Angels mistable paper in suede. Oh this paper is heaven to create with....I ran the 4x6 paper piece through a honeycomb embossing folder.
Cut a slightly smaller piece of the printed pink polka dot paper and ripped the edges.
Also took another piece of the mistable suede paper to frame out my Die~Namites Die cut
Tall Flower Branch. I used the Tattered Angels glimmer mist and glimmer glaze to color the flower part of the die cut....as well as I used a CTMH green ink mixer to color the stem and leaves.
Cut a piece of Jute Cord from Canvas Corp, tied into a knot and glued on....added a CTMH stamp sentiment and splattered the Tattered Angels glimmer mist over the card front...my fav part!

I hope you enjoyed my creation
make sure you pop back by tomorrow to see what
DT Guest Designer Misty Russell created
with her Die~Namites Dies and Canvas Corp Brand goodies!!

  7. this is beautiful. I love all of the die cuts. It's amazing how far die cuts have come in the last few years. Makes fussy cutting a thing of the past (somewhat - I still like to fussy cut). thanks for sharing such great projects.
