Happy Wednesday to you all! Can't believe September is here...which got me thinking,
the Holidays are just around the corner! When I received my DT package with this "Bullfinch" die
I knew I wanted to create a Holiday Tag (get a jump start on my Holiday gifts)!!
Now I know bullfinch is suppose to be a few colorful tones of color....but
this little bird die cut was calling red tones to me...love the little berries on this die too!
Here is how I colored the Die~Namites Die "Bullfinch".
Die cut out of white card stock (I die cut many).
You only need two for this project.
Time to color your die cut pieces.
I used Distress ink from Ranger in brown tones...
as well as red tones....
Create your background for your tag...
I used Distress inks, splashing water, stamping, stencils with gesso.
That's it, now here are some close up photos...enjoy!
I glued one layer of the die cut down onto the screen window...
Then popped up the other die cut pieces I cut apart...to give depth!
I grabbed extra supplies I had laying around my desk to create this tag...
I keep all my scraps and see what you can do!
Thanks for stopping by today!
