Guest Designer - Vero The Sahm - Altered item

Hello everybody !!

Vero here once again…

This is my last day as a guest at Die-Namites ! And today we'll talk about food ... just kidding...mmm actually I suggest you to go through your trash to recover ... this ...

I often have mess on my desk of scrapbooking, and to buy arrangements can be expensive. And as I like using the recycling in scrapbooking, I had the idea to transform this tin can into arrangement for all my markers.

It was the moment to use one of my favorite die cut. I love butterflies, and this die is the most original one I could know. It’s so amazing, isn’t it ?

First thing I have done is to cover the can with a large piece of paper. On the top and on the down of this can, I added a masking tape. I put another piece of paper I decorated thanks a heart mask (I used gesso), then I sprayed pink ink on it, and when it was dried I finished with a stamp.

I die cut twice this awesome cascade : in a paper and in an overlay (transparencie). I added glossy accent on the paper, and some half-pearls.

And here is a box I decorated for my liking, with the markers at hand.

I sincerely enjoyed to be here with you, hoping I gave you inspiration to create with those fabulous dies from Die-Namites !

Enjoy !!

Guest Designer - Vero The Sahm - Tag-card

Hellooo !!

How are you ?

Here is Vero again, I am glad to show you my second reveal as guest designer.

Today is about a tag-card !

I like playing with different materials. And I know well than Die-Namites dies are perfect to cut others material than just paper.

So for this card, I could add Vertex and felt.

Those are dies I used :

I die cut Spring Doily and Heart branch in the Vertex. and Budding Vine has been cut in pink felt.
Then I added some half-pearls and adhesive rhinestone flourishes, hearts chipboards.
For me, it was enough, Vertex and felt are giving a quite nice effect.

What do you think about an altered item as next project ? ;-)

Have a great day !
