Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here to share with you my June Sketch creation or interpretation. I decided to make a more masculine card using one of my new dies, the Winged Heart.

To create my card I used Early Espresso card stock for the base, a decorated paper as second layer, which I loved. It's a exclusive design from Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company and it's part of the Gypsy Road Collection. The third layer is a vellum paper and I stamped my sentiment over it using versamark and Cherry Cobbler embossing powder.

My die cut is the Winged Heart and I cut it in Dark Rich Chocolate Metal Sheet from Add a Little Dazzle. To create the distress over the metal I used a sand block and I pasted it over my vellum using small dimensionals. Since I wanted a masculine design, the distress made a big difference.

This die cut is a great combination of elements. It has wings, flowers, hearts and many small details that make it very special. The size is also perfect for cards. If you didn't notice, I stamped my sentiment inside of the big heart and I think that this made my card more attractive.

Thank you for stopping by today and remember to join us in our June Sketch Challenge. It's will be open the entire month and you will have the opportunity win a $25 gift card from DieNamites Store.

See you soon and have a great weekend!
