Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here! Welcome to our second day with this wonderful product promotion with Stick It and our DieNamites!
As you've noticed, this is a perfect combination. Stick It are the perfect adhesive sheets for die cuts and electronic cutting machines, they are created by Ken Oliver and they are available in two different sizes, 8"x12-1/4" and 8"6-1/8" that we can use to create better results or dimension in our projects.
Today I will show you a card that I made using the Stick It adhesive sheet in combination with the Five Petal Flowers Die Cut and Woodgrain embossing folder.
The base of my card is Tip Top Taupe cardstock and I decided to combine this with a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I cut a piece of Stick It to the size needed for the white layer, I peeled away the protective layer to expose the adhesive and placed it over the reverse side of the white paper, being careful in avoiding creases and air bubbles. Then I put this piece as normally inside of the embossing folder and through the big shot to get the Woodgrain embossing. When this was finished, I simply removed the protective layer from the back and Stick It on my card base.
To create the dimension with the Five Petal Flowers, I did the same process with the die cut and the Stick It, but this time I cut the die in different colors. I used two different tones of green, and two different tones of yellow.
Also, I cut one of the flowers of the Five Petal Flowers without using Stick It on the petals, only on the center to paste it on top and give more dimension.
I hope you enjoyed today's post and thank you for stopping by. See you tomorrow!!!
