Welcome!!! As you read in our title we have a new style for our Monthly Challenge. Every month you will find a different thing to challenge you to create using die cuts. You can keep your style or follow ours...yes OURS, because we are here to inspire you!
During this month, we have a photo inspiration. Please make anything using die cuts from DieNamites and let it be the STAR of your design. You can use these combined with colors, shapes, patrons, pattern papers, stamps, paints, stencils, etc. The sky is the limit!
To start off the design,
Erin: Her project is featuring Heart Doily. These wonderful jars are painted in brilliant colors and labeled over the die cut. She was inspired by the colors.
Susanne: Her car is featuring the Spring Doily, Heart Branch and Large Ivy. This card has an amazing mixed media background and the flower of the center was made with an e-cutter.
Mitsyana: Her card is featuring Small Ivy, Flowers and Leaves and some cuts from Floral Vase. In this card all the die cuts were hand painted and arranged to follow the sketch.
Martha Lucia: My card is featuring the Butterfly Wreath. I used a Clean and Simple style and gave dimension to the little butterflies cutting these in different colors. I also cut the center of my die cut in another color to create a beautiful contrast of colors. I was inspired by the colors.
This monthly challenge will run until September 29, 2015 (8:55pm Eastern Time) and there will be a SPOTLIGHT feature of our Top 3 Favorites on October 15. Any style and all levels are welcome! Among the Top 3 favorites, there will be a random draw for a lucky and talented winner who will then receive the top prize. In order to qualify for the top prize, your project has to be NEW, that means not linked back to a previously made project. You are welcome to combine other challenges, but please limit your total number of challenges to no more than 5.
Our Top Winner (randomly selected from the Top 3 Favorites) will receive a $25 voucher!
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks so much for stopping by
