Shabby Easter Eggs by Susanne

Hi my dear crafty friends.

Susanne here today and I like to share some easter home decor today. I made these beautiful decorative eggs with the Spring Blossoms from Die-Namites dies. Scroll down to see how this works!

You need some styrofoam eggs and spear each on a skewer. Adhere the die cuts (two for each egg) with Gel Medium. Let it dry.

Paint the egg with dark brown acrylic paint and wipe the color away immediately by using baby wipes.

Voilá! Finished is your shabby chic easter home decor. Of course you can also use them to hang them up!

Thanks for stopping by today. Susanne.

  1. Great idea! Love so much. I realized that die cuts can be used in any surface.
    Thank you

  2. The bar staff at this place was professional and their drinks ensured us a fun night in the city. I can't wait to go back. Most of the negative elements of going to a more popular venue New York are avoided here; the staff was really mature and respectful.
